2020 has been a tough year for everyone. Needless to say, the coronavirus pandemic has ravaged the planet. In addition to the tragic losses of life, COVID-19 has changed the way in which we live our lives. Gone are the days when we could congregate in large groups to simply enjoy summertime festivities among family and friends. As well, travelling internationally has become a thing of the past.

Those days will return. Our sincere hope is that we will all be able to gather with loved ones and travel the world much sooner than later. At Taitam Technology Vacations, we have had an especially hard time knowing that we can’t send our amazing members on the summertime trips of their lives. So, we thought it necessary to offer up a great opportunity to send some lucky individuals on a “staycation” they will never forget!

This incredible new contest gives you the chance to win one of two amazing travel prizes! The first prize is $500 in travel savings. The grand prize giveaway is a 4-day/3-night stay in beautiful Banff, Alberta. The prize includes air fare for two. That’s a $1,700 value! Back in June, our blog listed Banff, Alberta as one of the surprisingly awesome Canadian cities to visit during summer. Check it out to learn a little bit about this breathtakingly gorgeous mountain town.

Entering the contest is easy! Simply visit the Staycation Giveaway page of our website and complete two steps.

Step #1: In the boxes provided, fill out your full name, email address and Two Great Canadian Staycation Ideas.

What is a “staycation idea”? We’re looking for unique and adventurous ways to explore and enjoy your own country of Canada. As we’ve noted in several of our recent blogs, our amazing nation is home to some of the most wonderful sites in the world. We’re curious to know what your idea of the ultimate Canadian Staycation would be.

Keep in mind that your idea doesn’t necessarily have to involve a trip to another region of Canada. Tell us about your great city! What would a staycation be like in your town? We feel this contest idea does more than simply offer vacation lovers a chance to explore a part of Canada they may never have seen. It gives everyone an opportunity to illustrate just how amazing a country we live in!

Step #2: Schedule your online Zoom Presentation for your chance to win the Grand Prize Staycation Getaway for Two.

Once you’ve detailed your two staycation ideas (they can be brief descriptions – no novel is necessary!), please use the boxes provided to schedule the date and time of your presentation through Zoom. This gives you an opportunity to speak with us directly to provide more detail about your staycation ideas.
